 There was a stretch in my business where I was doing everything I was supposed to be doing. I was showing up, creating, selling, pushing myself, trying to prove my value, trying to get it right. From the outside, it looked like things were working. And in some ways, they were.
But underneath it, I was operating at a level where the money and clients I said I wanted weren’t a match for me yet.
So what happened was this constant cycle. I would have momentum, things would come in, and then I would drop right back down to where I had always been operating from. It felt like I had to work so hard to create results, and when they did come in, they didn’t feel stable. I didn’t fully trust them. I didn’t feel like I could hold or sustain them.
Over time it became really clear that it wasn’t about doing more. It was about who I was being underneath all of it.
Because you can take all the action in the world, but if your energy and the frequency you're operating from doesn’t shift, your results won’t either.

About Keri
I’ve been coaching and leading women for over a decade, and I’ve spent nearly the last ten years building my own business at the intersection of leadership, identity, and personal growth.
Over the years, I’ve led hundreds of women through coaching programs, group experiences, and in-person spaces, and I’ve worked extensively with women navigating visibility, leadership, and growth in online business.
From the beginning, I’ve always known there was another way to lead and build. I never felt at home in traditional business culture, and I’ve never been interested in teaching women how to become louder, harder, or more performative in order to succeed.
My work blends consciousness, strategy, and identity because I’ve seen again and again that how a woman leads internally shapes everything she creates externally.
I’ve also spent more than a decade holding space in person through workshops, retreats, and embodied leadership experiences. Guiding reflection, working with presence, and creating rooms where women feel safe enough to tell the truth has been part of my work for a long time.
My work is about helping women lead and build from who they are, not from pressure, proving, or performance.
This room is an extension of that work.
I created this experience because I know what it feels like to not belong in traditional business spaces, and I also know what becomes possible when women gather around depth, direction, and truth instead.
