Conscious Women in Business is a three-hour, in-person experience for women who are building something they care deeply about and know it’s time to lead it at a higher level.
This space is about leadership and the consciousness behind how you run your business. It’s about looking at what’s driving you, how you’re making decisions, and whether the way you’re leading right now actually supports the vision and success you want to create.
Not more noise. Not more tactics. Not more strategies to chase. But a shift in how you relate to your work, your success, and yourself as a woman in business.
This is not about building a bigger business.

We’re not here to talk algorithms, frameworks, or grinding harder. This is not a space built around hustle culture or performance. It’s not about status, image, or who you know.
This room is for women who care about depth, impact, and integrity. Women who want to lead with truth instead of performance. Women who don’t feel at home in traditional networking spaces and don’t want to posture, compete, or pretend.

What this experience is
Conscious Women in Business is a where we work with who you are being in your business, not just what you are doing.
We’ll explore identity, leadership patterns, decision-making, and how your internal state shapes your external results. Visibility and strategy will be approached as an extension of who you are becoming, not something to perform.
This is not a lecture. It’s not three hours of sitting and taking notes.
It’s conversational, embodied, and reflective. There will be guided moments of integration and live coaching woven into the experience. You’ll be invited to look at what’s driving you right now, what you may be forcing, what you’re ready to let go of, and how you want to lead and move forward from here.

About Keri
I’ve been coaching and leading women for over a decade, and I’ve spent nearly the last ten years building my own business at the intersection of leadership, identity, and personal growth.
Over the years, I’ve led hundreds of women through coaching programs, group experiences, and in-person spaces, and I’ve worked extensively with women navigating visibility, leadership, and growth in online business.
From the beginning, I’ve always known there was another way to lead and build. I never felt at home in traditional business culture, and I’ve never been interested in teaching women how to become louder, harder, or more performative in order to succeed.
My work blends consciousness, strategy, and identity because I’ve seen again and again that how a woman leads internally shapes everything she creates externally.
I’ve also spent more than a decade holding space in person through workshops, retreats, and embodied leadership experiences. Guiding reflection, working with presence, and creating rooms where women feel safe enough to tell the truth has been part of my work for a long time.
My work is about helping women lead and build from who they are, not from pressure, proving, or performance.
This room is an extension of that work.
I created this experience because I know what it feels like to not belong in traditional business spaces, and I also know what becomes possible when women gather around depth, direction, and truth instead.
