Hi, I'm Keri Kugler.
I help soulful women stop hiding and start building the impact and income that match who they've become.
I was born into scarcity...
And learned really young that the real me wasn't safe to show, so I built a mask to survive it. I almost lost myself proving I was worthy of being loved. This is the story of how I found my way back home, and how that homecoming became a business with my actual soul in it.
My mom was fifteen and my dad was eighteen when they had me, so I came into this world inside survival mode. Fear of money, fear of not having enough, fear dressed up as "we're fine." I got made fun of for where I came from, the car my parents drove, the clothes I wore, and somewhere in there I decided the real me just wasn't enough. So I built someone else to show the world instead.
That mask worked for a long time. Until it didn't. My twenties became a blur of self-sabotage, victim mode, and copious amounts of alcohol, anything to feel something real underneath the performance I'd built just so people would like me.
At 29 I found yoga.
At twenty-nine I found yoga, and it wasn't just a hobby that helped me chill tf out. It was the first time in my entire life that something told me I was allowed to come home to my own body without earning it first.
That homecoming saved my life. And not long after, it became my career. I took everything I'd learned in my own healing and built a business completely from scratch. No blueprint, no family of entrepreneurs to call for advice, just instinct and devotion and a refusal to quit, even when the people closest to me didn't believe in what I was building. I did it anyway.
That's when I learned the thing my whole business has been built on since. Self-leadership is what actually decides whether your business works or flops. You don't get to opt out of yourself on the way to your success.
I refuse to be the lean-back girlie who's constantly working to"heal the next layer."
I'm an Aries through and through, and I refuse to tame my fire just to make a room feel more comfortable. I refuse to sell women a story where you process more and wait for alignment while your bank account stays exactly the same. Because you cannot manifest or inner work or surrender your way into business results. You need the inner work, yes, and you need bold, scary, unapologetic action. Self-leadership isn't a feeling you wait around for. It's a decision you make, and then you back it with movement.
If you've done the personal work, done the spiritual work, and you are simply done waiting for your business to catch up to who you've become, you are exactly who I built this for. I can spot a soulless business from a mile away, and this isn't that.
Welcome home.
