I’m Keri Kugler.

And I have built my business without a playbook, without a roadmap, and without leaning on conventional paths or borrowed playbooks. For nearly a decade, I’ve grown and scaled my company from the ground up, handling strategy, branding, marketing, podcast, and everything in between with intention, clarity, and vision.

What began as a single coaching offer has evolved into an award-winning company, an internationally recognized podcast, and a body of work that’s impacted women at every level of leadership across industries and around the world.

My journey started in life and empowerment coaching, but as women began to notice how I was growing my business organically, creating lasting results and leading differently than the rigid frameworks dominating the industry, it expanded naturally into business strategy and conscious leadership.

What all of this has shown me is that I have a gift for weaving business strategy with leadership and energetics. I don’t just look at numbers, frameworks, or quick wins. I see the woman behind the business. The leader, the movement, the next evolution. My work isn’t about forcing growth. It’s about creating a foundation that expands with you.
