I’m Keri Kugler.

I built my business without a prescribed playbook or borrowed roadmap. Over the past decade, I’ve grown and scaled my work from the ground up, holding strategy, branding, marketing, messaging, and leadership with intention and discernment.

What began as a single coaching offer has evolved into an award-winning company, an internationally recognized podcast, and a body of work that has supported women leaders across industries and around the world.

My early work lived in life and empowerment coaching. But as women began to notice how I was growing my business organically, sustainably, and without contorting myself to fit rigid industry formulas, the work evolved.

They weren’t just asking what I was doing.
They were asking how I was leading.

That curiosity naturally expanded my work into business strategy and conscious leadership.

WHAT drives MY WORK

What all of this has shown me is simple and profound: A business does not outgrow the leadership behind it.

I have a deep ability to see where strategy, identity, and leadership are misaligned — and to bring them back into coherence. I don’t push growth. I create foundations that can actually hold it.

My work isn’t about performing success or chasing the next framework. It’s about building from a place that is true enough, steady enough, and clear enough to expand without force.

Every chapter of my journey has reinforced this truth: When leadership and strategy move together, effort softens. Control loosens. Growth becomes sharper and inevitable.

My role is to support female leaders in building movements that reflect who they actually are. Grounded, powerful, and unapologetically their own.

This work is about leading yourself and your company from a place so clear and solid that everything around you naturally responds.
